Commonly asked questions
What happens if I go over my data limit?
You can flex as you need to and you’ll be charged a fee for the extra data you use for as long as you use it.
Can I move from one plan to another?
Absolutely, you can always switch your Expero VDR type when you want to, just click on the upgrade options within the application.
Do you have a plan for more than one VDR?
We sure do, contact us at sales@experovdr.com and we’ll take you through the options for enterprise customers where volume leads to awesome discounts.
Do I have to give my credit card details?
Not at all, you can sign up for the Lite plan without payment details. If you choose a paid plan, or you exceed your storage allocation, you will have the opportunity to enter payment details then.
Is there a minimum term?
No, you can cancel at any time by closing your VDR.
Will I get a refund if I close the VDR during a month?
No, you pay for the month in advance and we don’t provide credit for unused amounts within each billing month.
What do I get on my plan?
Each of the plans gives you one virtual data room for your transaction. If you need more than one VDR, you can create more within Expero, and you can choose the right plan for each VDR you create.

Yes, talk to us about our enterprise plans if you would like to explore SSO, SLAs, combined billing, advanced security features, or a wider choice of data locations.
